Grace has been working in the sector the last 16 years. She spent 14 years in Probation Services Branch, Ministry of Social and Family Development dealing with various aspects of rehabilitation work before moving over to The Office of the Director of Social Welfare, MSF.

Patricia has been working in the sector for the past 9 years. She spent her first 1.5 years in the special needs setting and is presently the Centre Head of Ang Mo Kio Family Service Centre.
Theresa Wang
Senior Social Worker
Students Care Service
Theresa has been in the sector for 8 years and is currently a Senior Social Worker at Students Care Service, Clementi Centre. She has been working with families and schools to maximise the potential in children and youths. Additionally, she is part of the team which works towards enhancing the casework capability of fellow colleagues in the agency.
Roger Ong

Viriya Family Service Centre
Roger has been working in the sector for 8.5 years. A mid-career switcher from Air-Traffic Controller, he started off as a youth worker, and proceeded to pursue his Social Work qualification. Roger is currently a Senior Social Worker and the Centre Manager of Viriya Family Service Centre.
